Civic Translator exists to help residents better understand public meetings. Meeting summaries and infographics are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not replace official government records, agendas, minutes, recordings, packets, transcripts, or legal notices.

AI-Assisted Content

Civic Translator may use artificial intelligence to process publicly available government meeting materials and generate summaries, infographics, captions, explanations, and other civic information.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete context. Users should verify important information using the official records published by the relevant public body.

No Legal Advice

Nothing published by Civic Translator constitutes legal, financial, governmental, educational, or professional advice.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all Civic Translator infographics, website content, graphics, branding, software, attribution patterns, metadata, and original materials are the intellectual property of Terraform Consulting LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

We encourage residents, educators, journalists, and community organizations to use Civic Translator as a civic engagement resource. You may:

Download and save infographics for personal and non-commercial use.
Upload Civic Translator infographics to AI assistants, including ChatGPT, to generate original social media posts, summaries, newsletters, educational materials, or other commentary based on the infographic.
Share links to Civic Translator webpages and cite Civic Translator as the source.

You may not, without prior written permission from Terraform Consulting LLC:

Republish original Civic Translator infographics as your own work.
Sell, license, or commercially redistribute Civic Translator content.
Remove, crop out, obscure, alter, or bypass copyright notices, attribution patterns, Civic Translator branding, metadata, or ownership notices.
Systematically scrape, reproduce, mirror, or republish Civic Translator content at scale.
Use the Civic Translator name, logo, branding, or generated images in a misleading or deceptive manner.

Third-Party and User-Generated Use

If you create posts, captions, videos, newsletters, or other materials using Civic Translator content, you are responsible for reviewing your final work for accuracy, context, attribution, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Limitation of Liability

Terraform Consulting LLC is not liable for errors, omissions, delays, inaccuracies, or decisions made based upon information published by Civic Translator. Users should verify important information using official government records.
